Keto Breakfast Sausage Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Ground Pork
  • 1 teaspoon of Ground Sage
  • 1 teaspoon of Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon of Ground Fennel
  • ⅛ teaspoon of Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, for frying

How to Make Keto Breakfast Sausage

  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the oil. Mix well.
  • Split the mix into 6 balls and press them into patties.
  • Place the oil into a large nonstick frying pan over high heat and saute the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
