I like to dip my pizza in Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing With Greek Yogurt Recipe. THIS IS AMAZING! YES, I AM AWKWARD; I UNDERSTAND THAT.
So the all-inclusive ranch is more of a southern tradition? I didn’t know this till last year when I requested ranch on my pizza in San Francisco and the server gave me a funny look like I had five heads. Actually, there’s not much that ranch isn’t excellent with. With pizza, it’s not too out of the ordinary. I have a serious ranch addiction.
For example, if I know I’ll be going someplace that doesn’t have a decent ranch, I’ll get a bunch of ranch from East Coast Wings and Burke Street Pizza (Winston-Salem locals will get this) and store it in the fridge.
I’ve lately experimented with making my own ranch dressing since store-bought varieties aren’t exactly a healthy choice.
After a lot of experimentation, I’ve discovered an alternative to the ranch that tastes precisely the same. It’s rich in protein, low in fat, and has just 5 calories per tablespoon. That makes it 10 times healthier than the original. And now, without further ado, I give you my latest food fetish: a healthy Greek yogurt Ranch dressing!
