Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or any other pasta of your choice)
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente.
